for the woman everyone counts on

I can't stop doing everything for everyone, even though it's running me into the ground

You can't keep carrying all of it. But if you put it down, who's going to make sure it gets done?

Here's what I want you to know: it's okay to set it down for a minute. I'll show you how to pick it back up without breaking your back, and without losing momentum.

It won't add one more thing to your plate. It takes ten seconds.

Hey friend. It probably didn't start on purpose.

Someone needed something, and you knew how to do it. It was faster to do it yourself than to teach someone else. Or there was no one else to hand it to. So you picked it up.

Then work needed more, and you gave more. Your family needed you, and you were there. Maybe your parents need you now too.

One thing at a time, the load got heavier. You already found the last straw. You just kept carrying it.

Now it's 11pm and you're still going over today and tomorrow. Everyone calls you "strong." The people you love get whatever's left. Then comes the guilt.

Somewhere along the way, keeping going overloaded started to feel like the only option. Because if not you, who?

There's another way.

You don't have to choose between carrying everything and dropping it all.

I can show you how to set the overload down for a moment, without losing control of anything you're carrying. Then pick it back up with a clear head instead of a racing one.

Imagine:

  • Taking a breath in the middle of a hard day, and actually feeling it.

  • Walking in the door at home as yourself, not what's left of you.

  • Waking up at 2am with your mind racing, knowing what to do, and falling back asleep.

  • Being present with your people instead of running the list in your head.

This isn't a time management problem. You've tried the planners and the better lists. The list was never the problem.

The weight comes from a pattern your brain learned over years of being the one everyone counts on. And patterns can be interrupted.

What's Inside

I'll walk you through a few simple practices drawn from neuroscience and the coaching I do with my clients. Together, they help you:

one

Notice

Catch the moment the weight starts taking over.

two

Pause

Take ten seconds and set it down.

three

Choose

Decide what to pick back up, and what can wait.

Each one is quick, and you can use it anywhere:

in the car before you walk in the door,

in the middle of a meeting, at 2am.

Nobody around you will know you're doing it.

Why I call it Stop the Spin

When you carry everything, your mind never gets to set it down either. It runs the list in the shower, in the car, in the middle of a conversation. I call that the spin.

The spin isn't a flaw, and it isn't your fault. It's your brain working overtime to keep everyone you love okay.

So I lovingly call this Stop the Spin, because the moment your mind gets quiet, you get to decide what to carry next.

It works for women like you

2am

One of my clients is the Executive Director of a non-profit. Short-staffed, back-to-back meetings, everything riding on her. She'd wake up at 2am with her mind running through everything undone, and lie there for hours staring at the ceiling.

She learned one simple practice she could use right there in the dark. Now when her mind starts racing at night, she knows what to do, and she falls back asleep.

I created this because I needed it first.

Hi, I'm Jennifer Neilson, an award-winning Purpose, Mindset & Identity Coach.

I once saved a company $300,000 in a year. When it came time for my raise, they handed me a new hire and told me she was my raise. I stayed three and a half more years, doing more and proving myself, until my body broke under the weight of it.

So I learned how to set it down. The practices I teach changed my life, and that's why I share them.

I bring 30+ years of HR and leadership experience to this work. I've trained more than 30,000 leaders, coached hundreds of women, and been a certified coach since 2018. I was also named one of Raleigh's Top 15 Coaches in 2022 and 2023.

If $17 on yourself feels hard to justify

You'd never tell your best friend to keep running on empty. You'd tell her she matters too.

So here's my permission, not that you need it: you matter too. And when you get a breath, the people you love stop getting what's left. They get YOU!

You might be thinking...

Why $17?

Free things don't get done. They land on your to-do list that's already too long. Seventeen dollars is small enough to say yes to tonight, and just enough that you'll press play.

I don't have time.

The practice takes ten seconds. Watch the lessons in pieces, in the car line or on your lunch break.

Is this therapy?

No. Therapy often looks back to help you heal. Coaching looks forward. I'm a certified coach, and this is coaching: practical, neuroscience-backed, and it doesn't replace mental health care.

"When do I get access?"

Instantly. All three videos and your fun book, waiting for you.

You've been carrying everyone for a long time. This one's for you.

The next time it all feels like too much could be tonight. You can have the pause before then.

$17 one time

  • 3 lessons

  • The 10-second pause

  • The fun book

  • Instant access, watch and rewatch anytime
